A heavy war of attrition saw MTS eventually cross in the corner and convert. A phenomenal shift from the forwards saw a driving maul that have been threatening all evening finally cross for Reading but a missed conversion and then an MTS penalty took the game out of reach. The hardest losses are those when you give everything and still come up short. But it was not for lack of effort or skill or desire that we were on the wrong end of the scoreline.
