After a very accomplished performance against Desborough in the County Cup earlier in the week, Saturday's performance included moments of excellent play but with less consistency and a lack of fluidity moving the ball from the defensive third through to the forwards.

An early lead was soon pegged back in by a hard working and technically adept Claires Court who were quick to exploit our mistakes, An exciting second half saw Claires Court take a second half 2-3 lead and despite piling on the pressure a third goal for Blue Coat never quite looked like coming.

Still, plenty of exciting play and promise of good things to come from this squad.
