Venue: at Home

RBCS 2 - 3 Leighton Park

Scorers: Ollie Thompson, Own Goal

This was the second highly competitive match against Leighton Park's 'A' team, in the space of two weeks. Both games have been settled by the odd goal, however this time the result favoured the visitors.

Blue Coat opened the scoring after 5 minutes, when a well constructed move down the right hand side was turned into his own net by an unfortunate Leighton Park defender. Leighton Park levelled the score just before half time.

The match continued to be keenly contested in the second half, however this time it was Leighton Park who took the lead. The RBCS boys refused to let their heads fall and continued to press and this hard work paid off when Ollie Thompson poked the ball home from short range. A wonder goal, struck from 30 yards by Leighton Park's outstanding player, finally won the game in the closing minutes.

This was another excellent performance from the U14B team, who are consistently proving to be competitive when pitched against the A teams of local schools.
