Meet in RBCS Tracksuits and trainers.
Bring water bottle, mouth guard, boots and a towel.
The games are touch rugby, so we have 3 mixed teams, as the opposition are not ready for full contact.

You should play the match in your games kit. Tracksuits need to be dry and clean for match tea and the coach.
